2010 Fundraisers
The fundraisers for 2010 are (don't worry its not a definitive list...):
7th May - Barn Dance Emilyn Square Community Centre - Tickets cost £5 from website, Pink Rooms and Mailcoach (so grab your cowboy/girls hats - prizes for best outfits)
15th / 16th May - Join the committee on a trip to Blackpool Pride
June (date to be confirmed) - Dorothy does Oz (Swindon & Wiltshire Pride Panto)
24th July - Hog Roast / Nicollette Street @ the Mailcoach
Thanks for your support the fundraising events its important for you to tell your friends and get them to come along - Pride is about being a community so lets be one and make Swindon & Wiltshire Pride happen together.
We are looking for other quirky fundraising ideas...
In April myself (Jo) and John Tushingham are going to cycle from Avebury to Stonehenge to raise money for Pride, if you want to join us then please talk to us and we can provide you with a sponsorship form.
Also, lets not forget Tracy Doran and Mark Lewis fundraising pledge for Tracy to Cycle 5km and Mark to run 5km around lydriad Park !! I'll be posting dates for both of these events when they have been confirmed.
